Red Wagon Home was established by owner, Matthew Trumbull, in 2007 and has grown into a small full-service remodeling company. We perform a range of remodeling services, but focus on craftsmanship, best building practices, quality materials and attention to detail to deliver the best results on custom remodeling projects.

Matthew grew up working on his father’s remodeling projects in New Hampshire, and he built on that experience with local carpenters and contractors after moving to the northshore. In 2007, he founded Red Wagon Home Improvement and started to work on homes for his own customers. That grew into a full-service custom remodel company that evolved into Red Wagon Home LLC in 2018.

In 2020, Kirsten Trumbull joined Red Wagon as our project and selections coordinator. Red Wagon maintains a small crew of carpenters that work with Matthew to perform the majority of the day to day building, carpentry and installation tasks.

We also have an established network of licensed trade professionals and craft subcontractors, and we see ourselves as a team that works alongside them. We do all we can to prep as well as we can for contractors so they too can deliver their best quality of work.
